The most common shipping method would be EXPRESS, we can use: DHL / UPS / FedEx / TNT / SF Express / EMS / other express companies for prompt delivery. It is always welcome by using your contracted service if necessary.
 

Yes, we can offer additional service as following:
1. To arrange Testing/Inspection for the product by TPV (Third Party Verification) like SGS, Intertek, etc.
2. To arrange compression test by TTRI (Salzmann MST Professional), Hohenstein (HOSY), etc. to acquire essential certification/approval if necessary.
3. To apply FDA registration on behalf of private label/brand and specific products if necessary.
4. To arrange compression test and/or stretch test by in-house lab during evaluating process. 
5. To proceed color fastness test and dyeing test by specific facility if necessary.
6. To apply for trademark tags of specific materials which to be applied on the custom projects like: LYCRA®, COOLMAX®, TACTEL®, TENCEL®, SUPPLEX® as well as other functional materials.
7. To arrange Wearing Test if necessary, only available for Asia market.
8. Technical Consulting Service – we are not only engaged in production but also able to offer technical consulting during evaluating process. The team of Le Shin are composed of experts from textile industry, knitting professions and sewing professions.
 

OEM means Original Equipment Manufacturer, ODM means Original Design Manufacturer. Please refer to OEM/ODM and Client company relationship as following flow chart:
 

Based on OEM, we can make counter samples in 3 ways:
1) according to the custom design along with complete instruction
2) according to the reference samples (benchmark products) provided by client
3) according to the reference images/pictures/videos provided by client

To proceed ODM, we will create product design for your examination before making samples.

The lead time of mass production would depend on materials and quantities. For the materials we have regular stock (for example: Nylon, Cotton, Polyester, Microfiber, etc.), lead time would be 45-60 days upon confirmation/approval of pre-production samples. For the functional materials which we do not have stock, lead time would be 75-120 days.

Above lead time are available for new items. 

We can also work on annual contract basis. Based on the agreement, we can build-up sufficient materials in stock, no matter regular materials or functional materials, lead time could be 30 days. The Annual contract quantities start from 50,000 pairs in a year.

Payment term will be 50% advance payment, balance before shipment. 

For the order along with amount lower than USD 1500, we may request 100% advance payment to be paid by credit card online payment system or PayPal or Western Union.

For the order along with amount higher than USD 100,000, we may accept Irrevocable L/C at sight.
