Yes, we can offer free sample for your examination if you could take care of the shipping cost by express. We may charge sample cost if you need more than one, but the sample cost is refundable against formal order.

For the common materials which we usually use (Nylon, Cotton, Polyester, etc.), the MOQ would be 600 pairs per item per colorway with mixed sizes.

If functional materials are required, the MOQ would be 1200 pairs per item per colorway with mixed sizes. Please refer to options of functional materials here

For OEM project, usually we need 4-6 weeks to make the initial samples. For ODM project, the whole lead time would depend on product design process, usually it takes 2-3 weeks to complete design and we need 4-6 weeks to make the initial samples.

The development cost of OEM would be USD 200 per item per colorway. It is refundable, we will return the development cost upon receipt of formal order from the client.

The development cost of ODM includes Design Cost and Sampling Cost. Design Cost depends on how difficult with the product concept, normally between USD 300-500, in some cases this will be conducted by third party – design company or authorized professional designer. Sampling cost would be USD 200 per item per colorway. Kindly be informed that Design Cost is NOT refundable; where Sampling Cost is refundable, we will return the development cost upon receipt of formal order from the client.
 

No matter OEM or ODM, the sampling rounds would be:
-    1st step: make initial samples, usually one size (Medium or Large or required size)
-    in case initial samples need to be modified, then we would go back to the 1st step
-    if the initial samples are approved, then we will move on to the 2nd step - make pre-production samples in full sizes
-    once the pre-production samples are approved, then we would move on to mass production.

The limited sampling round for the initial samples would be 3 times. That’s being said, we only accept 2 times on modification. We keep the right to reject for the request of 3rd modification; Or, we may request additional cost to bear the development cost.
 

Yes, we can handle customized package if required. The cost would depend on packaging styles/types, dimensions, materials, thickness, etc. The most common would be packaging box, we can also proceed with clamshell, zip-lock bag, OPP bag, PVC bag, cardboard with hanger as well as custom design packages.
